Shannon, Co. Clare, 17 Jan 2019: Chemifloc Operation Transformation - Promoting Health and Wellbeing.

With Operation Transformation returning to our screens once again for its 12th season, Chemifloc have decided to follow suit with an aim to promote healthy eating and exercise.

With the help of RTE's Operation Transformation,we hope to get everyone moving more and eating right for 2019.

Chemifloc have a combined weight of 1800Kg and we have set ourselves a weight loss target of 40Kg.

Lets hope we can achieve it!
