Our Group
Chemifloc offers an extensive range of chemical products to the water, wastewater, dairy, pharmaceutical, automotive and general industries. We also provide technical advice and guidance to our customers on any concerns relating to the treatment of water.
GI Chemicals, located in Foynes, is the largest supplier of tanker loads of chemicals in Ireland. It supplies industrial chemicals to customers, including hydrochloric acid, sulphuric acid and a range of concentrations of both sodium hydroxide and potassium hydroxide.
Chemilab offers jar testing and coagulation studies both in our dedicated laboratory, or at your site, depending on customer preferences. In addition, we provide jar testing/plant optimisation training, with full technical backup services and technical advice to help customers to maintain plant optimisation.

Coagulants
Our chemicals are added to water to form aluminium or iron precipitates. These absorb impurities in the water as they form, functioning to clean the water supply of contaminants.

Potable polyelectrolytes are chemical flocculants used in the conditioning/ thickening of the sludge line in potable drinking water treatment. They help floc formation and removal.
